84 Esplanade Surfers Paradise project is now moving quickly with a full building jump form which jumps not only the core but the columns as well. The building will eventually be 76 stories, with quite a small building footprint. In order to control tension loads due to the wind loads experienced on the coast, post tensioned columns have been designed.
