ABC Consultants undertook a comprehensive Value Engineering exercise on the first stage of this major development which resulted in significant structural savings highlighted by achieving a transfer free highly efficient structure for the main 30 storey tower while reducing the number of basements originally planned with an alternative basement carparking scheme. As a result of these VE works, ABC Consultants have been engaged to complete the full structural engineering works for this exciting project with construction to commence in 2024.
