The adaptive refurbishment of the existing Vibe hotel in the prominent Milsons Point location involved the strengthening of the existing structure to enable the building to be extended in both floor area and height to achieve this premium residential development. The 16 storey project comprises of 123 residential apartments and 2 retail premises.
