ABC Consultants Pty Ltd was appointed to design the post tensioned floor for this project. The project consists of a 20-storey building and a 10-storey building with 3 levels of basement carparking. The floor plates to the towers were designed as flat plates with cantilevers of up to 3 metres in some areas. The floor plates to the basement slabs were designed as a one way band and slab system.
