ABC Consultants structurally designed this 500 unit development. The development consists
of 8 buildings ranging from between 6 storeys and 12 storeys. The structure for the development consists of precast walls used as the main vertical load bearing elements along with a combination of Post tensioned floors and reinforced bondek slabs. ABC Consultants were appointed by the builder for this particular project due to our proven track record of providing cost effective structural solutions.
