The structural design of a 130 Unit Residential development. The project includes two buildings with either 18 or 6 levels of above ground residential units and 4 levels of below ground car parking. Particular care had to be taken with shoring of the basement as the building is situated beside a State Rail corridor and State Rail requirements had to be considered in the design.
